Congratulations to Michael Chang on his induction into the Tennis Hall of Fame this weekend. Sure, his election is somewhat controversial (he was never #1 and only won one slam in his career), but who can forget that 1989 French Open Final. He brought a tenacity and athleticism to the game that allowed him to compete with the big boys. And of course, his place as the first (and only) Asian grand slam winner really should be recognized. He has been a tremendous ambassador for the sport in Asia, too.
But more importantly, congrats to M. Chang on his engagement to former Stanford star, Amber Liu. Finally, dude. FINALLY.
