I stopped in for a bit of the Pico/Staks match. Even if I wasn't planning to, the noise emanating from the court beckoned me. The stands were full of Argie fans who were joyfully boisterous in their support of their Pico. It was a really fun crowd and the cheers and chanting made you forget you were in Miami. It sure as hell felt more like Buenos Aires. South American Slam, indeedy.
Pico gutted out the tough three setter. It was crazy hot out there so credit to both Pico and Staks. I was only there for half a set and when I stood up my pants were soaked. And not in the awesome way.
