    Tomic got a wildcard into Brisbane.  According to Cronin, Tennis Australia was going to look at his performance in Brisbane and Sydney to determine whether he would get a wildcard to the Open.

    Mayer d. Tomic, 62 62, in less than one hour, Brisbane 1R.
