• Non-Required Reading: This piece by Bill Simmons was money, particularly for bloggers who often find themselves conflicted between breaking a story and being a fan.  Because seriously, 99% of the time the two are in conflict.
• Non-Required Reading: Sally Menke, a Hollywood film editor, passed away less than month ago.  She was the editor for all of Tarantino's films.  Huge talent, huge loss.
