    Have Fun, India.

    The 2011 Davis Cup draw is out.  Serbia, the top seed, gets the home tie against India, the Americans are going back to South America, and Spain is going to Belgium.  In Zonal news, the Swiss have a first round bye and the Brits host Tunisia, which, seriously, if you can't win that one without Andy, I don't know what to tell you.
