    Way to be awesome and prove me wrong, Lame-O!  Haven't seen the match yet but it looks like Aravane pounded Venus into submission.  Really curious to see this match.  Was Venus' serve off or what?  Feel free to discuss in the comments.

    Nice momentum builder for Aravane going into the French.  Matt Cronin tweeted that the win might catapult Aravane ahead of Mono as the #1 Frenchwoman.  No pressure at Roland Garros, kid.
