So there's this tournament coming up in a few days. As we're getting ready for our podcast session I've come to find that the FD Podcast team is pretty split as to the level of excitement for RG. Everyone has their totally justifiable reasons, which I have no doubt will come out on the podcast.
Personally, I love the Slams, so I'm really excited. But that doesn't mean I won't be watching most of the tournament peeking out from behind my hands. My feelings are pretty much represented by my Tune pics for the day: Some sad melancholy for those who won't be there, blustery excitement for the chaos that's about to reign down on us, preparation for disappointment and anger, but I'm ready to watch it with a good dose of humor and, as Jen Knapp sings, I'm ready to dive in.
But I wanted to open this up to you guys. What's the deal? Are people excited? Why? Are you dreading it? Why come? Are you completely disinterested? Why do read this blog then?
