A decent 2-1 win for Great Britain over Kazakhstan. L-Rob was up a set on Shvedova but eventually lost the next two sets 4 and 0. Nice to see her play with the big kids, though. I think if she gets a couple sets under her belt she can gain some confidence and start to believe she belongs. Andy, as expected, won his singles match easily 6-2, 6-2 over Golubev.
The tie came down to the mixed doubles match, which Great Britain took in a tight match tiebreak, 12-10.
Next up for Great Britain is Germany. If you add Sabine to this mix, Perth might go into sugar shock. (via sodapop)
