Q: You hit some great winners prior to that, some superb shots
before that. You did perform tonight at times.
Robson: At times? Yeah?
Q: Well just being a realistic observer, but what will you take out
of the evening?
Robson: Um, that I should work more on my serve and that we should
communicate more so then he doesn’t hit me.
Q: Fifteen, no shortage of confidence really. A question about the
expectation though, I might ask Andy about this one – he’s probably
given you some advice. Great Britain, they love the winners don’t
they? How are you coping with that on the way up because the
Wimbledon juniors are crazy, last year was crazy as well. How are
you going to cope with that over the next few years?
Robson: Um, well he hasn’t given me any advice but I don’t really pay
attention to any of the media malarkey and what not.
Q: Malarkey?
Robson: That’s the only word I could come up with.
Q: Yes at 5–0 in the first set did you imagine such a finish? It was
knife-edge stuff, the heart would have been going strongly.
Murray: Well I’m going to blame it slightly on my partner. She took the
start asking me if I moisturise my hands and I think maybe she lost her
concentration a little bit. She’s only fifteen so I’ll let her away with it.
Robson: Have you seen his hands? They are pretty disgusting. It was a good
question I thought.
Q: It was great. Are you ok fitness wise? You were grabbing a couple of
body parts here and there, are you alright?
Murray: Yeah I’m just stiff and she hit me on the back with her racquet as
well. I didn’t think I deserved it. It was sore already because I was
carrying it.
