    "New, You're So New..."

    The Masher proclaims that she's 100%.

    "I am a hundred percent," Sharapova said Wednesday night before making an appearance for the Newport Beach Breakers in their World Team Tennis match against Kansas City.

    "I mean, if I wasn't at that point, I certainly wouldn't be playing. That's why I took my time and gave myself a chance to really go out there and to feel like I didn't have any excuses."

    I love how they refer to it as her "surgically repaired right shoulder."  It's not like she's bionic now.

    I'm getting a bit pissy.  Next week is looking really shitty work-wise and I'm not sure how often I'll be able to get to Stanford to watch some matches.  That said, it looks like I'll be able to go to the semis and finals of LA in a few weeks.  Mucho thanks to Indian Wells institution and #1 FedFan LaWanda for the tickets!
