Pretty balanced, though I'm bummed that Gilly, Ernie, and Jo, are all in the same 1/8th.
Up top you got Rafa and Elf anchoring their quarter. Rafa's got a pretty easy road until the fourth round where he could play either Big Berd or Nalby (yikes!). Elf will have to go through Gael or Marat to get to Rafa. Here's hoping Marat wins his first match and sticks around for the third round. A Gael/Marat match would be fun. I could see Gael driving him mad.
The other side of the top half is anchored by Nole and Andy. Will we see a AO rematch under the hot desert sun? I sure hope not. A Rod's got a pretty easy road to the quarters but he'll have to deal with a somewhat resurgent Daveed to get there. Nole on the other hand has some potentially dangerous spoilers in the likes of Stan, Haas, Sam, and Radek. I'd be particularly worried about Stan and Radek, who are coming off pretty solid Davis Cup performances.
On the bottom half we see one quarter anchored by Roger and Kolya. Kolya's coming off a long bout with injury so who knows what his form is like. That opens up that 1/8th quite nicely for Fer, who is also coming off injury but has been working with Andre, Killer, and Gil in Vegas. If he can get past Reeshie, he'll book a date with KillerFed in the quarters.
The other quarter is the quarter of bloodshed. All these guys are going to have to scratch and claw to get to the quarters where they'll run out of gas. A still-viral-but-feeling-better Muzz anchors that quarter with Gilly. Muzz will have to get through Tuxedo to get to the quarters. Gilly and Jo will have to battle it out to get the quarters and they'll have to survive some possible spoilers with Rendy Lu, Pico, Ernie, MAncic, and Igor.
All in all, this will be a fun on with a lot of good matches everyday.
