French media are reporting that Tati is calling quits on tennis. Maybe she should call it quits on the ciggies first, but who am I to judge.
But on the serious, it looks like Tati has some blood disease that is forcing her out.
It's really odd to think that there was a time when Tati, Nicole, and Ana were hailed as the future faces of tennis. Now one is out, the other is who knows what, and Ana, to her credit, is keeping her end of the bargain. But she really doesn't have anyone in her generation (the 02-03 class) standing alongside of her. All her compatriots are either gone or significantly lower ranked.
The future of Pastry tennis now rests on the shoulders of one Cone. Good luck, kiddo.
