    Memo to Venus: Flava Flav Has Your Number.

    This was supposed to be revenge week for Venus, with opportunities to avenge her recent losses to Flavia and JJ.  But no.  Flava Flav beat her in three today, 64 26 64.  For whatever reason, Flava Flav has your number, Venus.  I can't explain it.  She has now beaten Venus three straight times, dating back to Bangkok 2007.

    Flavia should be getting a bouquet of glitter covered roses shortly.

    In other notable matches, Kuzzie took out the Li Na the Bracket Buster, 64 75 (and did a nifty Youzny Salute to boot), and Bepa continued her solid year with a nice win over a horribly dressed MaKiri.  Seriously, what was Stella thinking? How in the world was that supposed to be a good look?

    But SuperGirl came to the rescue and guaranteed we wouldn't have two hotties go out in one day, beating Tranny Schiavone 63 62.  I really hope Schiavone doesn't decide to tank her doubles match.
