The Screaming Scotsman took out my boy Nole today in Toronto. Andy's movement was impeccable. He was like a little jackrabbit out there. Nole on the other hand looked rusty. Not as rusty as Roger looked on Wednesday, but his volleying wasn't great, his serve not as powerful, and his forehand seemed weaker than usual. Ah well, on to Cincy.
But back to Murray, his run at Wimbledon and his performance tonight have really caused me to sit up and take notice of him. Everyone knows how much talent he has but his head seemed to always get the better of him. But now it appears as though his game is starting to come together and I must say, he's a fun guy to watch. Much like Rafa, some of his gets are just astounding, especially for such a big guy.
Here's hoping Rafa wins his quarterfinal and we get a Rafa/Murray semi tomorrow. That'll be fun.
